Cops have issued a warning to 'boy racers' as a car has been seized.
Officers received multiple reports of drivers engaging in antisocial behaviour in the Castlecary area of Cumbernauld over the weekend.
One of the cars was found to be being driven without insurance and the force seized it.
They also issued Vehicle Anti-Social Behaviour warnings to various drivers in the area.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland Lanarkshire said: "Community Officers in Cumbernauld carried out targeted action over the weekend in response to reports of boy racers in the Castlecary area of Cumbernauld.
"A vehicle was seized for being driven with no insurance, and a number of vehicles and drivers were issued with Vehicle Anti-Social Behaviour warnings.
"Using your vehicle to engage in anti-social behaviour can result in it being seized."
