A Glasgow chippy has divided followers with a video of them deep-frying a Tunnock's teacake.
Gennaro's Fish and Chips in Anniesland shared the clip on their TikTok page on Tuesday afternoon which garnered almost 50,000 views in four hours.
In the video, staff call the teacake 'Glasgow's finest' as they dare to coat it in batter and chuck it in the deep fryer.
Once it has crisped up, they cut into the teacake and 'marshmallowy gooeyness' oozes out.

Another said: "You've taken that too far."
A third added: "Ohh I want this."
A fourth agreed: "I would eat that."
