Lush has revealed the opening date of its city centre megastore.
The handmade cosmetics company will open just in time for Christmas on Friday, December 8 at 11am.
To celebrate the opening, Lush will be gifting the first 250 customers through the door a welcome surprise bag of products.
The huge shopfront on Buchanan Street will be the biggest outlet in Scotland for the retailer with 20,000 sq ft spread over the basement, ground and three upper-level floors.
Based in one of the city's most iconic buildings, shoppers at the new Lush will be able to experience a global flagship affair complete with "experiential concepts".
The anchor shop will have a number of new products like clothing, cosmetic bags, pins and soap dishes.
The Lush Shampoo Bar, Lush Parties and skin and haircare consultations will all be on offer in the new store.
Plant Blonde, an independent vegan cafe already popular with Glaswegians will be operating a coffee shop complete with their signature vegan goodies.
In February next year, an additional floor will open to include the Lush Spa with a brand new Scotland-themed spa treatment on the horizon.
Manager Magz Macphee-David said: "We are so excited to get ready to open our anchor store placing customer experience and shop floor experience at the heart of everything we do.
"We have a talented group of staff in our store and across Scotland who are ready to take the next step in their career and serve our community who really deserve this new large space.”
