Glasgow care home residents have been left with the 'biggest smiles' on their faces after a special visit.
Residents at Haydale Care Home, based in Tollcross, were today visited by therapy ponies - Flicker and Wilson.
The Shetland ponies, who were dressed as reindeers and even seen wearing red converse shoes, helped kick off Haydale's Christmas celebrations with lots of 'cuddles and pets.
The residents were left completely thrilled by the visit.

Rose McLean, 97, said: "It's not every day I get to cuddle a reindeer in my bedroom."
Alice Softly, 67, added: "I'd like to keep them and we can have a big garden here for ponies."
The East End care home has previously used therapy ponies, which have proved to be a great benefit for the residents, helping to boost their self esteem and mood.
Isabel Cummings, wellbeing co-ordinator at Haydale, said: "What better way to kick off Christmas here at Haydale than by lifting everyone's moods with cute animals and lots of cuddles."
