A range of townhouses have become available in a sold-out Glasgow development.
After initially selling out when the development opened in spring 2022, new four and five-bedroom homes have returned to Jordanhill Park in the West End.
Set within acres of lush parkland, Jordanhill Park is the flagship development of Cala Homes (West) with a selection of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments as well as three-bedroom Mews homes.
These new townhouses, the Baird and the Clancey, are part of the Chestnut Collection offering residents a spacious open-plan design with scenic surroundings.
Following the launch of the popular townhouses, the award-winning homebuilder has now also launched exclusive detached homes for those looking for even more space.
Suzanne McElhiney, sales and marketing Director at Cala Homes (West), said: “The first time we launched these house types there was plenty of interest from all types of buyers looking for high-specification homes in the city’s West End.
"We anticipate that interest will remain particularly high especially as we have our showhomes open to give prospective homebuyers a glimpse of the luxury on offer.
“We’re also excited to launch our final five-bedroom detached homes and with only eight of these homes remaining we don’t think they will be available for very long.
“The Chestnut Collection is impressive with so many different homes available to suit all types of buyers from young professionals and families to downsizers.”
Prices for the four-bedroom Baird townhouse start from £584,995 with the five-bedroom Clancey starting at £634,995.
