COPS have launched an investigation after a young girl was reportedly assaulted on a busy street in Paisley.
It comes after a woman warned others in a social media post about an older man "grabbing" a young girl near a bus stop in the town on Thursday night.
Following that, they claimed the man then started "touching" other people on a bus.
Officers say they received a report of the incident, which took place on Gauze Street, this morning.
An investigation is ongoing.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: "Around 8.05am on Friday, December 1, officers received a report of a female assaulted in Gauze Street, Paisley.
"Enquiries are ongoing."
