Cops are ramping up patrols due to 'dangerous' parking.
Road officers in Bothwell will be carrying out patrols in and around Hamilton Road and Croftbank Avenue.
This comes after the force received multiple reports of 'inconsiderate and dangerous' parking in the area.
They are urging road users to be aware of the legal requirements when parking, and to also be aware of pedestrians in the area.
A spokesperson said: "Following reports of inconsiderate and dangerous parking, local officers will be conducting patrols in and around Hamilton Road and Croftbank Avenue, Bothwell.
"Motorists should consider pedestrians and legal requirements when parking their vehicles."
