Plans to upgrade a Glasgow chicken eatery were turned down by the council.
A planning application to allow Whole Fried Chicken (WFC) to operate as a dine-in restaurant as well as a takeaway was refused.
The Korean food spot on Dumbarton Road applied for the amendment in use in August and the planning committee made a decision today.

In their letter, they explained that the sit-in space would be against several sections of the Glasgow City Development Plan and National Planning Framework.
WFC will remain open for pickup and delivery.
