A busy Glasgow road is due to shut to allow essential work to be completed.
Hawthorn Street in North Glasgow will be shut between Springburn Road and Atklas Road to all traffic.
The street will also be reduced to one lane through the junction between Atlas Road and Balgrayhill Road.
These restrictions will be in place from 8am on Tuesday, December 5 until 6am on Thursday, December 7.

Motorists are advised to avoid the area between these times.
Diversions will be as follows:

Hawthorn Street – Springburn Road (Southbound) – Atlas Road or
-
Hawthorn Street – Springburn Road (Northbound) – Stobhill Road – Balgrayhill Road.
