Train services to and from Glasgow are facing disruption this morning due to a broken down train.
Taking to X, ScotRail announced that services from Glasgow Central to Lanark, Carstairs and Edinburgh via Carstairs may be cancelled, delayed or revised.

The company wrote: "NEW: Due to a broken down train between Carluke and Lanark, services from Glasgow Central to Lanark, Carstairs and Edinburgh via Carstairs may be cancelled, delayed or revised."

Current services departing from Glasgow Central seem to be affected at the moment.
According to ScotRail's website, the disruption is expected to be in place until 8.30am.
