A selection of First Glasgow bus services were almost diverted today after cones were allegedly ill-placed by 'pranksters'.
First Glasgow wrote on X earlier today that services 1, 2, 21, 240, 255, 263, 267, 6, 60, 60A, 61, 7 ,75,7A and X4, would be diverted via Jamaica Street, Clyde Street and Stockwell Street due to crane works along Argyle Street.
However, the bus giants later stated that it was just a 'false alarm' and that cones were placed along the street, by jokesters.
