A man has been rushed to hospital after being hit by a bus in Glasgow.
The 48-year-old was walking on Rose Street on Wednesday evening when he was struck by the vehicle.
999 crews raced to the scene at around 8pm and we previously reported that cops closed off the road for around 45 minutes.
The victim is now receiving treatment in the Glasgow Royal Infirmary while officers investigate the full circumstances of the crash.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 8pm on Wednesday, December 6, 2023, we were called to a report of a collision involving a pedestrian and a bus on Rose Street, near the junction with Sauchiehall Street, in Glasgow.
"Emergency services attended and the 48-year-old male pedestrian was taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary for treatment.
"The road was reopened around 8.45pm and enquiries into the circumstances of the collision are ongoing."
