Busy carriageway LOCKED DOWN due to 'serious collision'
A BUSY road has been closed one-way due to a "serious collision" today.
Traffic Scotland wrote on X that a crash has taken place on the A726, Peel Park, at around 10.10am.
The A726 Eastbound is now closed as a result.

It is unknown what caused the collision.
However, police are currently in attendance and traffic is slow in the area.
Police Scotland have been contacted for comment.
