Gemma Lewis, operations manager at Turtle Bay, said: “We’re absolutely thrilled to open our doors and welcome the people of Glasgow into our Caribbean paradise.
"This is the first Turtle Bay restaurant to touch down in Scotland and we’re so excited to meet new faces and celebrate in Caribbean style.
"The festive period is such a joyful time, and we’ve had a wonderful time spending the first week of December getting the new team trained up and ready to play our part in spreading the cheer and hosting plenty of memorable days out starting today."
