A man was rushed to hospital after being knocked down by a car in the West End.
The man, 60, was hit on Dumbarton Road in Partick around 5.15pm on Thursday evening.
His condition is unknown but authorities confirmed he was taken by ambulance to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment.
No arrests have been made as officers investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We were made aware of a collision involving a car and a 60-year-old male pedestrian around 5.15pm on Thursday, December 7 on Dumbarton Road, Glasgow.
“The man was taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital by ambulance.
"Enquiries are ongoing."
