UPDATE: Man rushed to hospital after being hit by car
Cops have closed a Glasgow road due to an incident.
Officers are currently on the scene at Nithsdale Road near Dumbreck train station.
A cordon has been erected across the road while multiple police cars and vans are parked in the middle of the street.
Ambulance teams are also at the scene.
The force revealed that they are attending a road crash.
A spokesperson said: "Around 4.25pm on Wednesday, December 13, police were called to a report of a road crash on Nithsdale Road near to Dumbreck Road.
"Officers are at the scene and the road is closed."
Bus services are also impacted by the incident.
First tweeted that their 90 service will divert via Dumbreck Road and St Andrews Drive.
