A new Vietnamese street food restaurant is opening soon in the city centre.
Pho, which opened in Edinburgh's St James Quarter in 2021, will take over the former Moss Bros. shop on Renfield Street.
We reported in October 2022 that the cafe chain secured an alcohol license for the address with a spokesperson for the firm confirming they would be serving beers (including some from Vietnam) and wines.
It will be the second restaurant in Scotland for Pho, which serves up "fresh, healthy and comforting food" in 34 locations across the UK.
Owners have not yet revealed the official opening date for the new location.
Steven and Juliette Wall opened their first Pho location in June 2005 after travelling to Vietnam and 'falling in love with the food', their website states.
