A man will stand trial accused of stabbing his brother on Christmas Day.
Jason Foley, 48, allegedly attacked Graham Foley at his home in Glasgow's Partick on December 25 2022.
Court papers state Foley repeatedly struck Graham on the body with a knife.
This is said to have been done to Graham's severe injury and to the danger of his life.
Foley pleaded not guilty to the single charge at Glasgow Sheriff Court.
A trial has been set for April next year by Sheriff Brian Cameron.
Foley remains on bail meantime.
