A bus crashed into a house on Thursday afternoon as emergency services raced to the scene.
The driver lost control around 3.10pm before swerving into the property on Mearns Road, Clarkston.
It is understood that no one was injured in the incident.
It is unclear whether there were any passengers on board the SPT 395 service at the time of the collision.
The bus driver was fined following the incident.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 3.10pm on Thursday, December 21, 2023, we received a report that a bus crashed into a house in Mearns Road, Clarkston.
"The driver was issued with a fixed penalty notice."
An SPT spokesperson said: "SPT is aware of an incident involving an SPT subsidised service this afternoon.
"We are in contact with the operator and cooperating with Police Scotland in its investigation into this incident.
"Our thoughts are with all those involved."
