A MAN has been warned after breaching his bail order.
Kieran Rundell, 21, appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court this week from custody after he pleaded guilty to breaching his tag and failing to comply with an order not to go to the city centre.
Just before 3am on October 9, police carried out checks and spotted him on Hope Street.
He was conveyed to Cathcart Street police station, where he was cautioned and charged. He made no reply.

At the hearing, his lawyer said: "He has been in custody since October 9.
"He has been accepted to a college course starting in the summer. He is taking steps to better himself."
Sheriff Iain Fleming told Rundell, of Hamilton: "You’re wandering in the town at 3am.
"If you want to spend any more Christmases in custody, then, by all means, keep doing what you are doing."
He was sentenced to 12 months of supervision with a requirement to attend substance misuse services.
