UPDATE: Traffic can now use the off-slip and one lane is running.
A section of a busy motorway has been closed due to a vehicle fire.
The M8 Junction 19 Westbound off slip has been locked down due a vehicle fire which occurred earlier today.
Emergency services are currently on the scene.
Traffic Scotland have warned that traffic is now building in the area as a result.

A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: "We were alerted at 3.12pm on Thursday, December 28 to reports of a vehicle on fire at Argyle Street, Glasgow.
"Operations Control mobilised one fire appliance to the scene, where firefighters extinguished one car on fire.
"There were no casualties and crews left at 3.39pm after ensuring the area was safe."
