Glasgow police found a driver "under the influence of cannabis" when they stopped him on Hogmanay.
Officers stopped a van on the M8 near Riddrie last night after a brake light was allegedly out.
Cops then noticed that the 25-year-old driver was allegedly under the influence of drugs.

On X (formerly Twitter), the force said: "Glasgow Road Police stopped a van driven by a 25-year-old male on the M8 near junction 12 last night for having a brake light out.
"Pretty minor, however, this led to them finding a bald tyre and the driver to be under the influence of cannabis."
