The opening date for a new cafe and bar in Merchant City has been revealed.
Pania is described as a day-to-night venue that serves coffee and brunch during the day before transforming into a chic wine bar with charcuterie at night.
After an impressive overhaul of the former Marmalade Skies unit at Merchant Square, Pania will open on January 4.
In a post on social media, a spokesperson for the restaurant said: "We can't wait to see you all soon."
We previously reported that the culinary focus of Pania would be bread.
The menu offering is expected to be influenced by Spain and the Mediterranean with sandwiches and charcuterie served from the bar.
The paired-back drinks menu will focus on a small selection of red and white wines, draught beers, cocktails and vermouths.
