Residents at a Glasgow care home were all smiles following a special visit from a local church.
Haydale Care Home in Tollcross hosted Minister Monika Michelin Solomon and ladies from the Causeway Church for a 'church service with a difference'.
The visit, which has been a monthly tradition for the last six years, saw Minister Monika dressed as a fairy, while residents donned winter wonderland themed outfits.
Ewan Mains, resident at Haydale, said: "What great fun we have."

Every month, the ladies from the Tollcross church bring the fun-factor to Haydale. One year, they came in tartan for St. Andrews Day and in summer they even brought ice cream.
Friendships have managed to blossom between the ladies and residents through the monthly visits - and they have been such a success that residents ask when the next visit will be.

Kirstin Millar, wellbeing coordinator, said: "We have been welcoming the ladies for several years and residents to this day still enjoy the services as every one is so different."
