Empty bottles of Buckfast and vodka were found after a man crashed a van into a lamppost in Glasgow.
On March 21, 2023, police received reports of a transit van colliding with a lamppost on Barrachnie Road in Garrowhill.
Officers rushed to the scene and saw the vehicle.
Allan McCallum, 44, identified himself after he was spotted in the driver's seat.
He appeared intoxicated, smelled of alcohol and his words were slurred. An empty bottle of Buckfast and vodka were seen in the car.
The smash did not involve any other vehicles but the van, lamppost and an electricity box suffered significant damage.
Electric wires were also left exposed due to the impact.

On March 18, just a few days before the crash, McCallum also struggled with an ex-partner, slammed doors, damaged a TV and broke a glass on the floor as he shouted at her at a Tollcross property.
When cops were called, he advised them he had cocaine in his back pocket. This was later found to weigh 8.2 grams.
McCallum, now of East Kilbride, appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court on his birthday on Wednesday, January 10.
He previously pleaded guilty to several charges, including driving without care, losing control of his vehicle and driving without insurance.
He also admitted contacting two ex-partners over the course of 2022 and 2023 despite being ordered not to and acting in an abusive manner towards them both.
McCallum's lawyer said: "This was a man whose life was descending into chaos. He managed to rid himself of that.
"He has been in custody for some months now. He recognises it's serious and that he will have to take responsibility for it."
Sheriff Allan McKay fined him £1000 and disqualified him from getting behind the wheel for two years for the driving offence.
Sentence for the other charges was deferred, pending the outcome of a different trial.
