The body of a man was recovered from the River Clyde in Glasgow today.
999 crews were alerted to a body in the river near Mavisbank Quay at around 10.10am.
Formal identification has yet to take place but the family of the man has been informed.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 10.10am on Thursday, 11 January, 2024, we received a report of a body in the River Clyde in Glasgow near Mavisbank Quay.
“Officers attended and the body of a man was recovered.
“Formal identification has yet to take place but the family of the man has been informed.”
