A luxury retailer could take over the firmer Peloton unit in Glasgow's city centre.
Rolex has applied for permission to move into the site, neighbouring its own store.
The watch retailer is bidding to unite the two properties to create one big unit.
Previously, jewellery brand Mappin & Webb gained permission to set up shop in the location but the store never opened.

According to the new documents, the former cycling retailer would be replaced by a hospitality area, a courtesy bar, two VIP rooms, a manager's room and a toilet.
The application is being considered by Glasgow City Council's planning committee.
A decision is expected by Friday, February 16.
