Part of a busy Glasgow road has been closed for emergency works that could take eight weeks.
A section of Pollokshaws Road will be reduced to one lane with temporary traffic lights from Abbot Street to Moss-side Road.
Four-way traffic lights are in operation at the junctions with Kilmarnock Road, Moss-Side Road, Pollokshields Road and Abbot Street, and on-street parking has been reduced.
The restrictions are in effect from Monday, January 15.
It comes after a property on the road experienced internal sewer flooding.
Scottish Water teams investigated the problem and determined it had arisen from a four-metre-deep damaged section of pipework under the pavement outside the home.
Repair teams will carry out an initial CCTV survey before excavations can begin.
Georgina Reid, Scottish Water’s corporate affairs regional manager in the west, said: “Due to the urgency of the repair, we have moved back on site this morning, reintroducing the traffic management that was in place before Christmas under an emergency road order.
“We can only apologise to residents and road users for the inconvenience and reassure them we will do all that we can to mitigate any disruption. We will also be liaising with local businesses to minimise the impact as far as possible.”
