A man kicked off at a Glasgow bookies shop in Glasgow.
David Cole, 47, was acting aggressively towards a customer in Ladbrokes on Gartcraig Road in the East End on April 15, 2023.
A man, who was also in the store, approached the pair and tried to calm Cole down.
He then punched this man repeatedly on the head.
Shouts were heard and an employee came to help. The victim who was punched left.
Cole picked up a bottle and threw it at a car, causing damage. Then he approached and shouted at the worker.
Police were called and took him to a station, where he was cautioned and charged.

Cole appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court last week after he pleaded guilty to assaulting a man, engaging in a fight, making offensive remarks towards an employee, destroying property, and causing damage.
His lawyer said: "He has been struggling with addiction. He has been using, that is confirmed by his family."
Sheriff Tony Kelly replied: "It is clear he has a reaction to some form of medication."
The lawyer added: "His engagement with services ended in May 2022. He told me he does want help. He might be suitable for the drug court. Supervision might be appropriate."
The sheriff said: "I am thinking of imposing a non-harassment order that keeps him away from the manager of the store."
He addressed Cole: "You have come very close to being sent back to custody."
Cole, of Riddrie, was tagged for four months, which will require him to stay within his home every day between 7pm and 7am.
Sheriff Kelly said to him: "If you breach that order, then the matter goes back to the court.
"If you come back, you may get a custodial sentence. It’s up to you."
