A man was caught with cannabis and street valium in his Glasgow home.
Brian Muir, 43, appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court last week after he pleaded guilty to being in possession of the drugs and acting in an aggressive manner.
Another tenant at his block of flats heard loud banging noises on April 16, 2023 and was alarmed.
Police were called, they entered the building and carried out an inspection. Muir, of Calton, shouted and swore at them.
Cops entered the home and he was arrested and handcuffed.
Officers observed drugs within the home. A search was carried out. Cannabis and street valium were found and he was taken to a station.

"His son passed away in January and he made a comment about his son. He does apologise for his actions.
"He is 43 years old and single.
"He has epilepsy and takes medication for anxiety."
Sheriff Tony Kelly fined Muir £190.
