A new development of 62 homes has launched at a stunning quarry near Glasgow.
The Constarry Gardens plot was unveiled today in Croy by housebuilder Miller Homes, with homes going on sale from January 20.
All of the homes - which are a mixture of three, four and five-bedroom style houses - are energy-efficient.
Aspiring residents will now be able to pre-reserve their dream home at this development, where properties are expected to be in high demand due to its spectacular location.
Against the backdrop of the former Croy Quarry, the development is part of a wider project to restore the local area.
By combining the surrounding natural beauty of the area with the planned community, Constarry Gardens will offer residents a unique blend of urban living and an escape from bustling city life.
The development has ideal links to Glasgow, with Croy train station nearby, as well as local amenities such as shops and leisure facilities.
Louise Caldwell, sales director for Miller Homes Scotland West, said: "We have a long history of creating new communities in North Lanarkshire, and our latest development, Constarry Gardens, will deliver an exciting new neighbourhood of family homes to Croy.
"Constarry Gardens offers a unique proposition with its unparalleled blend of natural beauty and modern living.
"We have seen continued demand for new homes at the start of this year, with Constarry Gardens offering an exciting opportunity for buyers looking to settle down in the area.
"We have a high level of interest in this development due to its unique setting and exceptional transport links.
"We would urge prospective buyers to register their interest to avoid disappointment. We look forward to welcoming our new residents later this year."
