Two men are due in court following a 'disturbance' in Paisley.
999 crews were called to Alice Street in the town at around 2am on Wednesday, January 10.
Two men were rushed to hospital.
Cops have since confirmed that they have arrested and charged two men in connection with the alleged incident.
The pair, aged 54 and 41, are set to appear at Paisley Sheriff Court in due course.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We were called around 2am on Wednesday, January 10, to a report of a disturbance in the Alice Street area of Paisley.
“Emergency services attended and two men, one aged 54 and one aged 41, were arrested and charged in connection.
“They were released on an undertaking to appear at Paisley Sheriff Court at a later date.
"A report was submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.”
