A man kicked off and started shouting at Glasgow Sheriff Court.
James McCabe, 39, arrived at the Carlton Place building on the morning of November 18, 2022.
Security were called shortly after 11am and heard a man's voice shouting.
They saw McCabe standing in an intimidating and aggressive manner. They were alarmed by this stance.
He said to a woman: "Why are you lying?” and “Stop f*****g lying”.
A person who was also at the court intervened.
Police arrived after noon and checked the court to find McCabe, of Hamilton. They could not find him at that time but tracked him down later.
He was cautioned and charged.

McCabe appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court last week after he pleaded guilty to behaving in an aggressive manner and threatening three people.
His lawyer said: "His father was due in court, he was supporting him. He felt that there was an offence against him.
He apologises, he is currently on a restriction of liberty order and has already completed unpaid work."
Sheriff Mary Shields said to him: "I accept you have been making good progress on your other matter."
McCabe's sentence was deferred for six months.
