A teenager is due in court after a car chase with police near Celtic Park.
The 19-year-old man was allegedly pursued by the force on London Road before he was arrested in the Barrowfield area on Sunday.
When officers stopped the Ford vehicle they allegedly discovered a weapon inside, understood to be a baton.
The force also claimed the teen resisted arrest and failed a drug wipe.
A spokesperson for the Greater Glasgow police division said: "On Sunday, officers patrolling within the Barrowfield area engaged in a vehicle pursuit with [a] Ford.
"The vehicle was soon stopped and the driver was arrested for traffic offences, possession of a weapon and resisting arrest."
The car was seized and the teen is due in court at a later date.
