ROAD works near Costco in Glasgow have been extended due to "adverse weather" conditions.
St Rollox Brae, Cobden Road and Turner Road will be closed between 9am and 3.30pm on Saturday, January 20 and Sunday, January 21.
We previously reported that the works were meant to take place from 5pm on Sunday, January 14 until 4pm on Monday, January 15, and then from 8am until 4pm each day from Tuesday, January 16 until Friday, January 19, however, the works have been extended.
The closure will be in place to allow resurfacing works.
Following the update, drivers are being urged to avoid the area and seek an alternative route.
Meanwhile, local access will be maintained.
