A popular 90s comedy sketch show is coming to Glasgow live on tour.
Thirty years after first appearing on our television screens, The Fast Show is back and Charlie Higson and Paul Whitehouse are getting the gang back together for a run of shows.
The pair will be joined by Simon Day, John Thomson, Arabella Weir and Mark Williams for 13 shows across the UK in March.
The Fast Show visits Glasgow's Pavilion Theatre on March 20, 2024.
Fans can expect a behind-the-scenes insight into some of their favourite characters and catchphrases, and the cast will discuss how it all began three decades ago.
The group will chat about how they made the TV show, the characters they created and how much they enjoyed doing it.
Between discussions, guests can enjoy performances from some of The Fast Show's best sketches and songs as well as a moment to remember former collaborator, the late Caroline Aherne.
Expect appearances from familiar characters such as Ted & Ralph, Jesse, Swiss Toni, Does My Bum Look Big In This?, Dave Angel, Jazz Club, The Suit You Tailors, Ron Manager, The Mad Painter, Rowley Birkin, Bob Fleming, Competitive Dad, Professor Denzil Dexter, and The Girl Who Boys Can’t Hear.
Charlie Higson said: “Taking the Fast Show out on tour is very much like making love to a beautiful woman.”
Paul Whitehouse added: “I’m afraid I was very drunk.”
Tickets for An Evening With The Fast Show go on sale on Friday, January 26 at 10am from TheFastShow.live.
