Much needed affordable homes in the city have been handed over to local residents.
The homes, located in Bellahouston's North Gower Street, make up a portion of a 36-home scheme.
The intent is to enable residents to stay within their area. The units are the product of a joint effort between the Home Group housing association and developer AS Homes (Scotland) Ltd.
Andrew Campbell, development and delivery manager at Home Group, said: "Home Group has been delivering a significant amount of social housing and affordable homes across Glasgow for a number of years.
"This development at Bellahouston is yet another example of building the right homes in the right places.
"We know how important it is to help people who were brought up in their communities to remain in their communities."
Previously, the site of the former Bellahouston Academy swimming baths, the area has been transformed into much-needed community accommodation.
The new development includes a blend of one and two-bedroom flats, equipped with private garden spaces, patios and communal areas.
Among the new residents is 42-year-old Usman Butt who moved into his two-bedroom adapted flat on January 22.
Mr Butt said: "I love this area and to have place here is fantastic. I've had a tough few years with illness and because of that I have not had a place to call my own, and have had to stay with my mother.
"But, moving into my new adapted flat will give me the independence I've been craving and hopefully a brighter road ahead than the one I've been on recently.
"I'm so grateful to Home in Scotland for giving me this place, and the support I've received from them during the process."
The homes, according to Home Group Scotland, are built to meet Glasgow's gold hybrid standard for suitability.
The sustainable build incorporates solar PV panels and double-glazed windows to maximise energy efficiency.
Kieran Sexton, commercial director at AS Homes Scotland, said: “Strengthening our long standing relationship with Home Group, we’re excited to provide local people with new sustainable homes which will bring major benefits to the community.
“Bellahouston offers a dynamic location where families can grow and enjoy everything they need right on their doorstep. But like many other areas in the city and beyond, there is a noticeable need for quality homes. This development represents another step in our journey to helping tackle Glasgow’s housing emergency and we look forward to progressing an exciting pipeline of new homes in 2024.”
