A MAN has been arrested after cops discovered a 'cannabis cultivation site' in a property in Glasgow.
Officers said that they were originally called to a 'disturbance' at the property on Kilmartin Place in Arden at around 12.30am on Tuesday, January 30.
After 999 crews raced to the incident, cops say they then found a 'cannabis cultivation site'.
Now, a 30-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with drugs offences.
He was released on an undertaking and is set to appear in court at a later date.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: "Around half past midnight on Tuesday, January 30, police received a report of a disturbance at a property in Kilmartin Place, Glasgow.
"Officers attended and discovered a cannabis cultivation site within.
"A 30-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with drugs offences.
"He was released on an undertaking to appear at court at a later date."
