A POPULAR Scots singer-songwriter is set to perform at an event in Hamilton later this year.
Callum Beattie will take the stage at Hamilton Park on Saturday, July 13.
The star will perform at the racecourse as part of its family race night.
Alongside the live music, there will be an array of free kids' activities from Segways, bungee trampolines, face painting, and much more.
There will also be a kids' fancy dress competition with a cash prize.
On top of the entertainment, there will be seven 'action-packed' races on the evening with the highlight of the racing action being the £10,000 DX Home Improvements Handicap Stakes.
Ashley Moon, Racecourse Managing Director at Hamilton Park said: “Our family-themed race days are incredibly popular with our July evening being one of the highlights of the season.
"To be able to welcome Callum back at a time when he’s in such huge demand is a real coup for the racecourse.
"We offer free entry to under-18’s to all of our race days which includes all of the kid’s activities and live music from Callum, making our DX Home Improvements Family Racenight a real winner in the value for money stakes.”
