A former Glasgow care home could become a family home and a short-term let.
A planning application has been submitted to the council to convert The Beeches on Langside Drive.
According to documents, the building would be cut into two separate structures.
The bigger would become a three-storey family home with a formal sitting room, dining room, library, kitchen, utility room, cloakroom, a home office and five bedrooms, one with ensuite and two bathrooms.
The villa will also have a leisure room in the attic.

If successful, there will also be a one-bedroom apartment with a kitchen, living space and ensuite formed on the first floor of the annexe building.
In a separate building, there would be an eight-bedroom apartment with a communal kitchen, dining and living spaces. This will be for short-term let.
Papers reveal that some partitions and a staircase would be removed.
The plans are being considered by Glasgow City Council and a decision is expected by Monday, March 25.
The last day for comments is Monday, February 26.
