A Spanish football fan is accused of lighting a smoke bomb at a Celtic and Atletico Madrid match.
Javier Martinez, 24, allegedly committed the offence at Celtic Park on October 25, 2023.
The Hoops hosted their Spanish counterparts in a Champions League group stage match which ended 2-2.
Court papers state Martinez, of Madrid, had possession of a smoke grenade.
It is claimed that he culpably and recklessly lit and held the grenade in a crowd of football supporters to their danger.
A final allegation says Martinez behaved in a threatening or abusive manner.

Martinez is stated to have shouted, gestured at Celtic fans as well as acted aggressively towards a steward.
Martinez had attendance excused today at Glasgow Sheriff Court.
He pleaded not guilty to the three charges through his lawyer David Fisken.
A trial was set for later this month by Sheriff Iain Fleming and Martinez was granted bail meantime.
