UPDATE: First Glasgow has said the road has reopened.
A BUSY road in Renfrew has been closed due to an ongoing police incident, it is understood.
First Glasgow has said that Ferry Road in the town has been shut.
Due to this, the bus company's service 77 has been diverted.
The diversion is via Hairst Street at High Street, Glasgow, Road, Old Govan Road, at Kings Inch Road.
It is currently unknown what the incident is.
