A retail unit in Glasgow could be turned into flats and shops.
A planning application was submitted to transform the current structure on Haughburn Road in Pollok.
Applicant Heera Dean, who owns the site and runs one of the businesses operating on it, plans to build 10 homes with five shops on the ground floor.

Documents reveal the two-storey block of flats would provide "affordable housing" and will have "no negative impacts on the area".
Each would have its own private balcony and they would be accessed by three stair towers.
Cycle parking would also be provided.
