Police cordoned off Glasgow a motorway crossing following an assault last night.
The force warned pedestrians this morning that the pathway that crosses the M8 towards Alexandra Parade from James Nesbitt Street and Rosemount Street is shut.
According to cops, a man was assaulted in the area last night.
An investigation is ongoing and officers are on the scene.
Due to this, the bridge is not in use.

A spokesperson said: "The pathway that crosses the M8 towards Alexandra Parade from James Nesbitt Street and Rosemount Street is closed after police received a report a man was assaulted last night."
