A yellow weather warning for snow and ice has been issued for Glasgow this morning.
The Met Office has implemented the warning for the Glasgow and wider Strathclyde area until 12pm on Wednesday, February 7.
Locals can expect some icy stretches on some untreated roads, pavements, and cycle paths, and delays on public transport.
The Met Office states: "A few wintry showers pushing south at first, clearing through the morning.
"Following this, we will see some good sunny spells returning with showers more confined to Argyll. A colder day. Maximum temperature 5 °C.
"Snow showers and ice bringing some difficult driving conditions and localised transport disruption."
