Cops have arrested a man after raiding a home in Paisley.
Officers visited the property on St Mirren Street in the town on Friday, February 2.
While searching the home, they allegedly discovered a cannabis cultivation worth an estimated £120,000.
The find was recovered and the force arrested a 22-year-old man.
He is due to appear at Paisley Sheriff Court on Tuesday, February 13.
Detective Sergeant Craig Savage said: “Anyone who introduces drugs into our communities for their own gain should be in absolutely no doubt that we will rigorously pursue every means possible to disrupt this activity.
“Seizures such as this show our commitment nationally to the Serious Organised Crime Taskforce and the country’s Serious and Organised Crime Strategy.
“Locally in Renfrewshire and Inverclyde our officers are determined to protect members of the public from this type of criminality.
“Information and support from members of the public is vital to our work and I would encourage anyone with concerns about drugs activity in their area to contact Police Scotland on 101.
