A yellow weather warning has been issued for snow and ice for the second time this week across Glasgow.
The Met Office has implemented the warning for the Glasgow and wider Strathclyde area from 6pm today until 3pm tomorrow (Friday, February 9).
Locals can expect some icy stretches on some untreated roads, pavements, and cycle paths, and delays on public transport.
We previously reported that a yellow weather warning for snow and ice was issued for Glasgow on Wednesday, February 7 as well.
The Met Office states: "Mainly cloudy with outbreaks of sleet or snow spreading northwards.
"Some lying snow, especially higher ground, with some drifting of lying snow as easterly winds strengthen further. Minimum temperature -1 °C."
