A man is due in court following an 'incident' near a tower block.
The alleged incident occurred on Western Road in Cambuslang on the afternoon of Friday, August 11, 2023.
Officers had been investigating the incident and urged any potential witnesses to get in touch.
Now following their enquiries, a 22-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection.
He is expected in Glasgow Sheriff Court today.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Following our appeal on Tuesday, January 23, a man has been arrested and charged in Lanarkshire.
"The incident happened on Western Road in Cambuslang around 3.10pm on Friday, August 11, 2023.
"The 22-year-old man is due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court today."
