Plans have been revealed for a new restaurant to open after the sudden closure of a Glasgow favourite.
La Masa will open its doors in the space formerly occupied by seafood spot Scamp, which was located at 26a Renfield Street and sadly shut on January 20.
Specialising in Mexican tacos, La Masa promises to deliver an 'entirely new culinary experience' when it welcomes customers on February 21.
As well as fresh tacos made individually by hand, guests can expect to enjoy barbacoa dishes, snacks, sides, and desserts, all made with seasonal produce and traditional Mexican recipes.
Executive chef Martin Connor said: "We take pride in crafting each taco by hand and using the freshest seasonal produce available.
“Our dedication to quality and authenticity shines through in every dish we serve."
