A Victorian townhouse in Glasgow will be turned into five flats.
A planning application to transform the property at 15 Elmbank Street near Charing Cross has been approved by the council.
Currently used as offices and event space by the Glasgow Central faction of the Girl Guides, the four-story building will be developed by Lexcal Property Ltd.

According to the documents, some areas of the site are in disrepair.
The bid includes a change in use, changes on the inside and outside, a general refurbishment and more.
